is it better to get Parcel Post and priority when I order a art print?
Its like 2.5 feet wide. Which one is safer?
I think Priority Mail is safer, although it's the packaging that matters most. I only say Priority Mail, because it has GOT to move through the system as quickly as possible. They don't have a service guarantee, but they try to deliver Priority in two days or less. It won't end up on the bottom of the stack. Parcel Post can take 7-10 days and in the meantime, it might have stuff stacked on top of it; it might get shoved around the floor fo the truck; etc. I just think that the less time a package spends in the system, the less likely it is to get damaged.
Mpix uses Priority Mail as their "basic" serevice. They don't even offer Parcel Post. Maybe that tells us something.
