Hirschfeld Caricature
Are there any great Hirschfeld fans out there? What is your favourite caricature?
Oh, yes...I just loved him....I can't think of a favorite offhand, I am sorry....he was just brilliant ...
A friend of his said that she never saw him lift anything heavier than a teacup. I have always been impressed with that. I assume he never strained....and that his hands, his arms, etc....were sensitive from being taken care of ....and that is what made his caricatures so impressive: the sensitivity and the lack of physical strain....
