Depends on what it is, some memorabilia actually depreciates in value. Look at when the baseball card market collapsed in the early 90's. People probably had baseball card collections worth thousands in the mid 80's and then the "fad" went away and you were left with nothing. If you had say, a game worn Barry Bond's hat from his days in Pittsburgh, the value of an item like that 10 years ago, vs. what it's worth today, would also have depreciated. It really all depends what you have so I can't give you a finite dollar amount.
